1. Who we are

The name, address and contact details of the operator are in our Impressum.

2. What 24ntry is, and is not

24ntry is an organisation tool. It helps applicants and agencies keep a study or visit journey to Europe in one place: documents, tasks, appointments, messages and progress. It is not a university, an embassy, a visa centre, a government authority, an employment agency or a law firm, and it does not give legal or immigration advice.

We do not decide admission or visas, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Universities and embassies decide. The preliminary assessment is information only. Programme details, fees and deadlines come from each university's own pages and change often: always confirm them on the official page before you apply.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Upload only documents that are yours, or that you have permission to share, and that are genuine. Do not upload forged, altered or someone else's documents.
• You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian create the account and agree for you.

4. Agencies are independent businesses

Agencies on 24ntry are independent businesses, not part of 24ntry. When you send a request, any agreement, services and fees are between you and the agency. 24ntry is not a party to that agreement and does not take payment for the agency's services. We check agencies before they can receive requests, but this check is not a guarantee of their work, a recommendation, or a promise of any result. Read an agency's terms and agree fees in writing before you pay anything.

Your profile and documents are shared with an agency only after you send it a request, as described in the Privacy policy.

5. Rules for agencies

• Register only a real agency that you are authorised to represent, with true details. We may ask for proof, and we decide whether to verify, reject or suspend an agency.
• Handle applicants' information only to serve them, keep it confidential, and follow the data protection law that applies to you. You are responsible for your own use of the data you receive.
• When you import or invite clients, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to give us their details and to contact them. For those clients, we process their data on your behalf until they create their own account.
• Do not promise admission, visas or results you cannot control, do not use fake or misleading claims, and do not take payment for services you do not intend to provide.
• Do not use 24ntry to contact applicants about unrelated products, or to bypass the platform's protections.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other people's data or accounts, no scraping or overloading the service, no malware, and no harassment or fraud. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, or where the law requires it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and write. You give us the limited right to store, process and show it to the people you chose (for example your agency) so that we can provide the service. We do not use your documents for anything else.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep 24ntry running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you, and you can close your account if you do not agree.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and your mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, we are liable for a breach of an essential obligation only for the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of service. We are not responsible for decisions of universities, embassies or agencies, or for fees you agree with an agency.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using 24ntry and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is based, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Questions about these terms: see our Impressum. Our fee and refund position is in the Refund policy.
