Refund policy

1. 24ntry does not charge applicants

Creating an account, browsing programmes and following a case on 24ntry is free for applicants at the moment, so there is nothing to refund.

2. Fees paid to an agency

Agencies are independent businesses. Their service fees, deposits and refunds are set by your agreement with the agency, not by 24ntry, and 24ntry does not collect or hold that money. Before you pay an agency, ask for its fees and its refund terms in writing, and keep the receipt. Some fees are not refundable by anyone, such as university application fees, visa fees and visa-centre service charges. They are paid to those organisations, and they usually keep them whatever the outcome.

If you have a problem with an agency, tell the agency first, and then tell us. We cannot refund an agency's fee ourselves, but we take reports seriously and can review, suspend or remove an agency that behaves unfairly.

3. If we introduce paid plans

If 24ntry later charges for anything, we will update this page and show the price and the refund terms clearly before you pay. If you are a consumer in the EU and buy a paid digital service from us, you will have the right to withdraw within 14 days, and we will tell you how, as required by law. Agencies will see their own plan terms before they subscribe.
