Privacy policy

We handle passports, bank statements and application papers, so we keep this simple: what we collect, why, who can see it and what you can do about it.

1. Who is responsible

The name, address and contact details of the operator are in our Impressum.

We run the 24ntry platform. When you ask an agency for help, that agency also becomes responsible for the data it uses to handle your case (see section 4).

2. What we collect

We do not ask for health data, religion, political opinions or similar special categories. Please do not upload them unless an agency specifically needs a document that contains them.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. The preliminary eligibility assessment is a simple summary of what you entered. It does not make decisions about you with legal effect.

4. Who can see your data

5. Service providers (processors)

We use these providers to run 24ntry. They process data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. Where EU data protection law applies, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

6. How documents are protected

Documents are stored privately. There are no public links: a file can be opened only by you and the agency handling your case, through a link that expires after a minute. Access is enforced in the database for every request, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if you think your account was accessed by someone else.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account and cases are active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your data, except what we must or may keep longer, for example to meet legal duties or to deal with a dispute. Agencies decide how long they keep what they received for your case, within the law that applies to them.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to a use based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. You can also edit your profile and delete documents you uploaded yourself. These rights come from the GDPR and from comparable laws where you live, for example in Nigeria and Ghana.

To use them, write to the address in our Impressum. We answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live or where we are based.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Details are in our Cookie policy.

10. Age

24ntry is meant for people aged 18 or over. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must create the account and agree to these terms on your behalf.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the product or by email, and the date at the top will change.
