How we verify agencies

Last updated 8 October 2026

Applicants share passports and personal papers with the agency they choose. We check an agency before it can receive anyone, and we are open about what that check is.

What we check

Every agency that registers starts as "Application received" and cannot receive applicants. Our team reviews it and records which of these checks were done:

An agency cannot be verified until at least two of these are recorded. We keep our notes private, and the platform records every status change.

The stages

What "verified" means, and what it does not

Verified means that, on the date we checked, we had confirmed the details above. It does not mean that 24ntry guarantees an agency's work, its prices or any result. Agencies are independent businesses, and your agreement and fees are between you and the agency. Admission and visa decisions are made by universities and embassies, never by an agency or by 24ntry.

What we expect from agencies

These rules are part of our Terms of use. We can suspend or remove an agency that breaks them. If something goes wrong with an agency, tell us at the contact in our Impressum.

What we do not do yet

We do not publish reviews, response times or success rates for agencies. We will add them only when we have real, properly measured data.
