Requirements and notes
- Secondary school credentials that give access to a bachelor's degree in your home country
- A short mandatory online interview
- English at B2: TOEFL iBT 79 (at least 18 per part), IELTS Academic 6.5 (at least 6.0 per part), Cambridge B2 First 170, or an English-taught secondary diploma
- Courses in your chosen target languages are taught in those languages (Dutch C1 and French B2 are needed for those)
- VUB's deadlines depend on whether you need a visa: for non-EEA applicants who need one it was 1 April for 2026 entry (check the deadlines page for 2027)
